Hi,Justin,18'' rims is also fitable. For the max tyre thickness,It is also depend on the tire width.I suggest that you confirm the wheel firstly,And then you can show your wheel width,I can help you confirm the best tire width based on the wheels.

Hi,Justin,235/35/19 and 235/40/18 is tire size. Not wheel size.you need to confirm wheel size like 18*8.5,If you decide this wheel size,The tire size you can try 225/45/18

Is it possible to put smaller size rims 17" or 16" on 2007 Mercedes E350 - 18" Sports Package?

The current wheels are 245/40/18, 8.5" wide rim in front and 265/35/18, 9" wide rim in rear. They look good, but due to low profile, the rim is getting bent on Michigan roads all the time.

Thank you in advance for any help,

            8.5x18 ET38, 245/40 - front
9.5x18 ET44, 265/35 - rear are factory wheel size. Are you shure that wheels on your W211 AMG factory?

Hi, is anyone able to tell me what the biggest size rim i would be able to fit onto a 1987 E230? It currently has 15" with 205/65R15 but would like to possibly put some 17's on with a lower profile tyre. If possible, could i also have the PCD's and Offsets etc?? Much appreciated.

Hi - would anyone be able to help please... on a E280CDI Sport W211 can I fit 16'' steel wheels? (this is as a second pair of wheels for winter tyres). The manual says that I need to change the rear rim to put winter tyres to match the front one which is a 245/40/18 8.5j. I have also came across winter tyres in the exact current sizes 265/35/18 rear, and 245/40/18 front. However, very tempted to get smaller rim and narrower winter tyre, (it's also a much better price and winter tyre bigger selection!). So tempted to just get a set of steel wheels on 16'' with 225/55/16 winter tyres on. What I don't know here is whether on my SPORT model 16'' will fit, it may interfere with the breaks calipers(?). Did anyone put 16'' on E280CDI SPORT, or can anyone give me a reference I can look this up? Many thx!

Hi,Vas,I just checked the stock rims size for your car,it is 17*7.5,So,If possible, you can try 17'',I think 16'' rims is little small

Many Thx! Would you change rims to 17'' or maybe just put winter tyres on the existing configuration I have? there is little space for snow chains etc... but traction wise and price wise this would be optimal. Thank you!

I have a 2014 Mercedes E350 "4MATIC " original rims are 18" but trying to upgrade to 19"x8.5 front and rear 19"x9.5 with a 35 mm offset meaning "stagger wheels " but I went to the tire shop and they told me that staggered wheels are not recommended for my vehicle due to the 4Matic engine.

So question number one. Can my 2014 4Matic Mercedes take staggered wheels ?

Is 19"x8.5 with a 35mm offset better all the way around.

Is the 35mm offset a good offset on 19" rims I like the rims to be flush with the fender and not out the fender please help thank you in advance

Hi,Rob350,1.Yes,your car can use Staggered wheels,In fact,Staggered wheels are very widely used in BMW cars. Some of them are 4 matic engine.2.For 19'' rims,35mm offset is also ok.The standard offset for 18'' is 39mm,They are compatible.

Hi, Flavio Bugarin,The offset for your e300 is 42mm,if you want to use C300 car rims,It's offset is 47mm,So,you can use 3mm-5mm spacers. For the tire size, you can try 225/50/17 for the front,245/45/17 for the rear

Hi, My car is e350 2007 (Sport package?), tires ...

                                                Hi,
My car is e350 2007 (Sport package?),
tires in the current sizes 265/35/18 rear, and 245/40/18 front.

Can I use "all 245/40/18" or "All 265/35/18" for all 4 wheels?

Is 245/40/18 fit with ‘9Jx18”(Current with 265/35/18 tires)?

Is 265/35/18 fit with ‘8.5Jx18”(Current with 245/40/18 tires)?

" All 245/40/18" or "All 265/35/18", which is better and which is cheaper.

Thank you in advance for any help.
