          Hi,Abhi S,The factory rim size is 17'',Do not suggest you use 14'' tires.You can try 15'' tires

              I have a 2014 Buick Verano with 235/45/R18 wheels
              (8J x18 ET46, 5 x115 bolt pattern, center bore 70.3}
              The compact spare is a 115/70/16.
              I would like to carry a 1999 Buick Regal wheel 215/70/R15
              ( steel rim, 7J x15ET40, 5 x115 bolt pattern, center bore 70.3).
              I would only use this in an emergency as a spare until the original was repaired. Would this wheel fit on the Verano (back or front)?

                Hi,Frank,You Verano wheel and size is 18'',But Regal wheels size is only 15'',If you use it.I think it's size too small.And it is also too small of Regal wheel offset.

                  If you think it would fit, do you think it would be a better spare than the 115/70/16 ?

                  Hi,Marc,Can you also show your 15'' wheel with 17'' wheel size.If the wheel offset and bolt pattern are compatible,you can use it.

                      Hi,Jean S,The stock wheel size have 17'' and 18'' but does not have 16'',I suggest that you can use 17'' stock rims.in that way,it will be safe and not to rub the calipers
