I have an 05 chevy avalanche with 22 inch rims and a 305/45/22 tire on them.I am trying to figure out what size rim and tire that I need to put on that will be the equavilant to the 305/22 that is on it and what offset will work.
Hi,Patrick Murphy,About equavilant tires for your tires,It can be 275/50/22.and the stock wheels pcd is 6*139.7.offset is 20.
Hello, I have a 2005 Avalanche and I am looking at used rims. (Need a little help)The rims I am looking at are Fuel Hostage 20x9 8x6.5 bolt pattern.
Will these fit? What is the maximum offset I can use? What is the largest aggressive tire I can use without rubbing?Any help would be appreciated.
Hi,Bob,20*9 is ok,but you need another bolt pattern, the stock rims bolt pattern is 6*139.7mm.the maximum offset you can try 25mm,the largest tires size is depend on your rims size,if for 20*9，you can try 265/55/20
I'm looking to get wheels and tires for my 03 Avy.. how big of tire can I go without having to make any adjustments.. looking at 15 or 17 in whes
Hi,ChevroletShawn,You can try 265/70R17 or 275/65R17

To run a 33 inch tire on my 07 avalanche i have to put in a leveling kit...Any suggestions i was thinking on the rancho quicklift struts that add up to 2" front lift???
I'm looking at rims 20x10 +10 offset 6-5.5 139.7mm with 35x12.50r20 nitto trail grappler mud terrain,With 4 inch lift. Will these fit 02 chevy avalanche 1500 z71.

I have a 02 avalanche with a 6" RC lift on 22x9.5 wheelso with 305 45 22, I'm looking to get bigger tires, 33s or 35s, any suggestions? Trimming, mods?
Will my ('06 Silverado) new tires, size P265/70R17 fit on rims ('11 Avalanche) that currently have P265/65R18 tires on them?(In short are P265/70R17 tires interchangeable with P265/65R18?)
I have a 2013 Avalanche with 20x9 standard wheels. I'm looking at getting a little more aggressive rim. Would a 0mm offset be too much? Also I currently have 275/55r20 Bridgestones. Can I get a bigger tire without rubbing? Looking at the Fuel vapor rims. They come in +20 and 0mmThanks
Hi,Joe B,What the current offset of your 20'' rims?Does it 20mm?if yes,0mm is too much for your car.you can try 15mm.For the tire size, the biggest tire size is 295/55/20
They wheels are currently the stock 20" and I saw somewhere the the stock rims have a 20mm offset. The tires are currently flush with the fender. I was just looking to bring them out a little. Thanks!
Hi,Joe B,if so,You can try 15mm offset 20'' wheels.
Why has the standard specs changed so much for an '08 avalanche. Not so long ago this site listed an offset range of 15-20mm. Now it only shows three options all with 31mm offset.
What size 22 would fit my 2013 avalanche?
Hi,trimmers1,You can try 22*9.5 rims.
Will 2010 rims fit a 2007 avalanche
Hi,Mel,if all for factory rims,It can fit for.
Hi John. You seem to be very knowledgeable so I figured it was worth asking you for your expertise. I have a stock 2011 Avalanche with factory 22" chrome rims which are peeling to the point of 2 of the tires no longer holding air so I am buying new rims and tires while the current ones get repaired. I can get a great deal on some 305/45/22 tires but I don't want to deal with rubbing or modding anything. I am clueless about backspacing and offsets so what would be the minimum required to ensure no rubbing on the new set? Thank you in advance!
Also, if it would make a difference between a 22x9 vs 22x10 rim size. Ty!
I am looking at some GMC 1500 rims for my 2007 Avalanche. The center bore for the 2007 Avalanche is 78.3mm, and the center bore for the 2013 GMC 1500 is 78.1mm. Will the wheels fit ok or is the center bore too small? I searched for hours and couldn't find any info online. Thanks!
The wheels will fit.
I have an unmodified 2003 chevy avalanche and I was wondering if I can fit 20 inch rims on it
I have a 2002 Avalanche Z71 that is fitted with 275/70/17 wheels and tires. I have a set of 18 inch gmc truck wheels with the same bolt pattern and offset. The wheels are fitted with 265/70/18 General tires and they are 32 inches in height. Will the 18 inch wheels fit my stock Avalanche? Thanks
Hi,David S,yes,265/70/18 can fit for your avalanche car.
I mounted my 265/70/18 General Grabber AT2 tires and the fit was great. My truck also had Rancho 5000 X shocks installed on front and rear. My Avalanche rides like a new vehicle and I'm very pleased with the out come. Later David S.
I have 2008 Chevy Avalanche that just purchased. The rims on it are factory rims and are 17x7.5 in. I would like put on a set of aggressive tires on these rims. Can someone tell me what would be the widest size tire I can on it without having any rubbing.
Hi,Salvatore Castellano,You can try 295/65/17
