We leased a 2015 Chevy Spark EV, and I took a picture of the tire placard on the side of the door. The recommended pressure for the 185/55R15 front, 195/55R15 rear; was 35 PSI (cold), not 40 as this site suggests.

The front and rear wheels for the 2014-16 Spark EV are different. This is because the battery pack is seated in the rear giving the rear axle more load. You should verify this but the doc I'm looking at is:

      Front
      15x6.0
      ET45
      Part number 95024486

      Rear
      15x6.5
      ET54
      Part number 95024487

You should press +, to see rear wheels specification.

...not sure on what’s the best / biggest / widest / maximum tires or rims will fit your car?

Write about the tires you are currently driving on.
