Will 16" rims go on Chrysler 300m 2004
Hi Jermaine. Been succesfully downsizing winter tires for decades on my cars for better traction on snow & ice (better footprint pressure per sq.inch.+economy). When downsizing, you must maintain similar diameter and load index. I own a 2004 300M myself and ride 16x6.5 in. X99128 steel rims in winter. I selected 215/65R16 Winter Tires for reasons mentioned. For the small 1% (1/4 in.) dia increase, I gained on traction by 4.4% (3/8 in.) decreased thread width. Gained a full 12,9% (5/8 in. in sidewall height for better winter pothole protection and a slight gain in load index on my Xi3 tires. Very stable; couldn't be more secure and satisfied ! My experience...
Hi again Jermaine ! On your question, I presumed that your were looking for a Winter solution... I'm sorry if I erred on that matter cause I live in snowy Quebec... For eveready day driving, the true 16 in. replacement for your 2004 300M is 225/60R16. Good luck !
I have 20 inch rims with this bolt pattern 5/114.3 will they be a nice fit my 300m ?
I think your tire size would be 245/35 R20 ! Wow that's thin and mean looking !. Be careful of potholes with the heavy 300M !
I have 305/40r22 size tires on my 22s bt they are too big for my car. I want keep my 22s. What size tire could replace it?
What size low pros do I need?
