hihelp! i have just purchased a secondhand cruiser classic 2005 car 2.4i which has had replacement low profile wheels and tyres. problems with a slow valve leak along with hub scraping kerbs is making me question if the modification is ok. vehicle did pass mot b4 i brought her and i didnt know wheels had been changed until after purchase. lovely car otherwise. should i replace the wheels and tyres back to original spec. or keep what i have and just fix leaky valve problem?
Hi,c morgan, hub scrap kerbs was caused by the car wheel offset unfitablely,So,Can you show me your car wheel offset now?Try to change car wheels will solve your problem.
Hub scrape curbs caused by driving too close too curb, NOT by wrong wheel offset! With stock size wheels and tires will still scrape curbs if you get too close. Same as with tricycle.
