Offset range for ET for Kia Carens 2016 1.7 ...

Offset range for ET for Kia Carens 2016 1.7 CRDi is only assigned to one of the rims. I assume that the other values have a range as well.
        6.5Jx16 ET48.5 ET 38-54
        7Jx17 ET50.5
        .5Jx18 ET53.5
What is the source of the offset range value? In Sweden the dealers require aftermarket rims to be spot on the assigned ETvalue, not even deviating one mm. Rims delivered by authoriced dealers however are allowed to deviate from the assigned ETvalue EG 48,5mm.

Hi,Kar,Normally,The offset range is +-5mm if it is just assigned one value, example:ET 48.5mm,the range is 43.5~53.5mm.
