will rim size 8.0Jx19CH-55 accommodate a 255/55R19 tyre & fit a 2013 Land rover discovery 4 TDV6 which has a standard rim of 8Jx19 EH2-53 & what would be the ramifications if it were possible (looking for a rim for a 6th wheel for outback travel). Thanks

I just stumbled upon this thread. My Disco 4 is 2013 SDV6 HSE. When I put the 19" tyre (rim 8Jx19 EH2-53) on it looks like there is no much gap between the front break pads and the rim. Is it still ok to use 19" with this rim size on my Disco?

Disco 4 255/50R20 want to replace with 225/55R20
I have used your tools to calculate the increase in rolling diameter ( +3.4%) and check fit. However the tyre shop have warned that changing the rolling diameter will cause computer errors in the Disco 4, sounds unlikely but can you shed light on this comment.

2: If the alloys are 19"x9, would a different min max offset apply?

I have a 2014 LR Discovery TD V6. The tyres are Good Year Wranglers 255/55R19 with rims 8J x 15 ET35. The car has done only 32,000 km - off road use is not a great much. The rear tyres are in good condition but the front tyres are quite severely worn and exhibit chips and flaking. I want to replace the two front tyres with a better wearing brand but I do not wish to upset the car ride and general set up. Any advice please?

I have Discovery 4 2014 3.0 Disel (248 hp), want to buy BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 285/60 R18, and some rims for 18 inches. I've read forums and folks says that they use this and happy, but just to be sure - would be interesting to get your opinion - if it possible to install this complect.
I also wanted to know is there any limitations on the rims? I was thinking that it should be 8Jx18 ET53. Is that correct ?

Hi please help! I currently have disco 4 She and have 255 50 r20 scorpion tyres. I want to change to a more aggressive tyre like the Wrangler Duratrac or General grabber at3 - These are only available in 255 55 r20.
