      Hi,Frankie,The standard tire size for your car is 235/65/16,So 245/45/17 is Uncompatible.

          Hi,Tom,For 1996 Chevy Astro,The stock wheel size is 15'',It is too large to put 20'' rims.Do not suggest that.
