Will a 1995 Chevy sidestep rim fit a 1989 Chevy Caprice
1) There was NO 4.3L V6. The L99 was the 4.3L V8 available from 1994-1996.(From 1991-1993, the 4.3L V6 available was the LB4, but only for taxi drivers and other non-civilian fleet customers.)
2) For the 94-96 Caprice LS sedan with the 4.3L L99 V8 (only!), the OEM tire size was 225/70R15, NOT 215/75R15.
3) For the 94-96 Caprice sedan with the 5.7L LT1 V8, the OEM tire size was 235/70R15.
4) For the 94-96 Caprice wagon with the 5.7L LT1 V8 (only!), the OEM tire size was 225/75R15 when paired with 2.56 axle gear, or 235/70R15 when paired with 2.93 axle gear.
Thank you it has been corrected.
